摘要
目的:探讨自体软骨在短鼻畸形鼻尖整形术中的应用,以供临床参考。方法:我院于2012年3月～8月收治了46名需要进行短鼻畸形鼻尖整形的患者,其中轻度整形组21例,中度整形组13例,重度整形组12例。取右侧第七根肋骨或者耳廓软骨、鼻中隔软骨进行鼻背的填充,或者用鼻中隔软骨来修成鼻小柱支架,耳廓软骨塑性成子弹头,以填充短鼻、畸形鼻。结果:46名患者,愈合45例,1例患者在手术后鼻小柱出现了红肿的现象,进行抗菌消炎的治疗后痊愈。结论:自体软骨的安全性较高,效果较好,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of autologous cartilage in short nose deformity nose plastic surgery for clinical reference. Methods From March to August, 2012, 46 patients who needed to be treated with a short nose deformity nose plastic surgery, including 21 in mild plastic surgery group, 13 patients in moderate plastic surgery group and 12 patients in severe orthopedic group. The right seventh rib or ear cartilage, nasal septal cartilage dorsum could be taken as the fillings, septal cartilage be taken as columella bracket, or the ear cartilage be taken as bullet to fill short nose and nasal deformity. Results Among 46patients, 45 cases healed. Swell appeared in nose columella in 1 patient. After using antimicrobial, the patient healed. Conclusions Autologous cartilage has higher security with better effect and is worth promotion.
