This review introduces the annual progresses in the neurosurgerical anesthesia managements of the awake craniotomy, neurotrauma surgeries, and intra-neurosurgery MRI, the developments of local anesthesia, preventions and treatments of post-neurosurgery pain, vomit, nausea, and advances of neurosurgery anesthesia monitoring.
