摘要
以某发电厂4号机组为例,重点介绍国产600 MW机组脱硝CEMS环保系统优化实践,阐述CEMS系统优化的原因和必要性、优化改造的过程、投运以及优化改造后的运行效果评价。CEMS环保系统的成功优化有效地提高了脱硝进出口NO_x氧量的测量准确性及脱硝出口截面NO_x含量的均匀性,优化了喷氨自动调节品质,促使脱硝效率得到较为稳定的控制,提高了机组运行的可靠性及环保要求。
Taking a power plant unit 4 as the example,the paper particularly introduces the optimization and practice of CEMS environmental system of the domestic 600MW unit denitrification,elaborates the reason and necessities of optimization of the CEMS system,the procedure of optimization reconstruction,the assessment of the after-molding operation.Success of the CEMS system optimization effectively improved the denitration import and export of NCOCthe accuracy of oxygen measurement and the uniformity of denitration export section NOX which optimized the ammonia injection automatic regulation quality,and promoted the efficiency of denitrification more stability control,improved the reliability of the unit and environmental requirements.
