铝系清洗剂的缓蚀行为研究

摘要 通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱方法研究了LY12硬铝合金在自制清洗剂中的缓蚀行为,实验结果显示,清洗剂对LY-12硬铝具有明显的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率高达99.5%。实验结果表明表面活性剂只有在缓蚀剂存在的前提下,才能略微提高铝的缓蚀性能,在单独使用时并未提高铝的缓蚀性能。此外,在相同条件下自制清洗剂与国内同类产品对比可知,其腐蚀电流密度较小,说明清洗剂对45号碳钢和HT 300的缓蚀效果优于国内同类样品。扫描电镜(SEM)观察表明LY12合金在自制清洗液中浸洗后没有出现腐蚀。 The inhibition behavior of LY12 alloys in aluminum- based detergent solution which we had developed were studied by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy methods. The results showed that the new aluminum- based detergent had obvious inhibiton effect on LY12 alloy,moreover,the corrosion rate was as high as 99. 5%. It showed that surfactant could slightly in- crease the inhibition only used with inhibitors. Besides,compared with domestic detergent under the same condition,the corrosion current density of the homemade one was lower. It indicated that the inhibition effect of homemade one upon carbon steel and gray cast iron was superior to the former. The observation of scanning electron microscope( SEM) also indicated that the LY12 alloy films presented no significant distinction before or after inhibiton.
