摘要
本文论述了环境价值理论及其评估方法 ,系统地分析了煤炭资源开采对环境的主要影响 ,建立了煤炭资产环境价值评估模型。
In this paper the theory and revaluation methods of environmental value are discussed, and the main influence on environment by coal mining is analysed. Revaluation models for environmental value of coal resources assets are given and tested through practical examples.
