评估风险可分为外界风险、机构风险和关联风险三大类。评估风险是一种现实存在 ,但只是一种可能性 ,并非必然 ,防范得好 ,完全可以避免。
The risk of valuation can be separated as external risks,risks rising from appraisal firms and re lated risks.Though the appraisal risk is a kind of objective existence,it is only possibility rather than certainty which can be avoided.
