摘要
[目的]探讨玉屏风散对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)患者外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。[方法]将94例确诊为单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的患者,随机抽签分为中药治疗组49例,西药对照组45例,用单克隆杭体检测治疗前后外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4、CD84、CD4/CD8,根据结果分析玉屏风散对部分T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。[结果]治疗后两组患者外周血T细胞亚群中CD4、CD4/CD8的百分率及比值升高,CD8百分率降低,治疗组较治疗前有显著差异性,治疗组数值更接近健康人。[结论]玉屏风散可促进部分T淋巴细胞亚群的恢复,使体内T淋巴细胞免疫功能增强,促进病情恢复。
[Objective] To discuss the effect of Yubingfeng Powder on T sub-lymphocyte of HSK PBLs.[Method] Randomly divide 94 cases into TCM treatment group 49 cases(1) and WM control one 45 cases(2),use monoclonal antibody to test the CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 in HSK PBLs T sub-lymphocyte;analyse the effect of the Powder on T sub-lymphocyte.[Result] Both groups raised their CD4,CD4/CD8,reduced CD8;the group 1 had more marked difference,the value was more similar to normal persons.[Conclusion] Yubingfeng Powder can promote recovering part of T sub-lymphocyte,strengthen its immune function and cure.
