Visitation right is the extension and inevitable result of rearing and education, and also the important content of parent-children relationship. It is not only a right of divorced parents, but also their obligation, and also right of children, which has great influence on children′s healthy growth. This paper throughly analyzes the nature and meaning of visitation, and some misconceptions in reality.
