摘要
来华任教英语的外籍教师人数不断增多，他们当中许多人是单语和单一文化的英语本族教师，他们的教学观点和模式使他们在教学中遇到种种困难。
Abstract More and more foreign teachers are employed in EFL teaching in China.Many of them are unilingual and unicultural native speakers of English.Their views and methods of English teaching cause a lot of troubles in their teaching in China.The major problem is the cultural gap.
