摘要
循环经济是一种以资源高效利用和循环利用为核心,以"减量化、再利用、资源化"为原则,以低消耗、低排放、高效率为基本特征,符合可持续发展理念的经济发展方式。我国区域循环经济科学发展应解放思想,提高认识,重视循环经济的重要作用;调整经济结构;城乡联动,发展区域循环经济;科学规划,健全政策法规体系;重视科技创新,提高技术的支撑能力。
Recycle economy is one kind of economic growth pattern,taking the highly effective and the circulation use of resources as a core,taking 'reducing the quantification,utilizing again,converting into resources' as the princi- ple,and taking low consumption,low emissions,high efficiency as the essential features,which conforms to the sustainable development concept.To promote further development of recycle economy,we should emancipating our mind and put more emphasis on it;adjust economic structure;link rural and urban areas to develop regional recycle economy;scienctif planning,perfect policy and regulation system;attach more importance to technological innova- tion and improve its supporting function.
