摘要
创业不仅是当前我国经济发展中广泛存在的重要经济现象,而且对于经济增长和缓解就业压力具有重要影响。本文通过对陕西和浙江的创业者及非创业者的问卷调查,从个体因素、经济因素、制度因素、文化因素和社会关系网5个方面比较了创业者和非创业者以及两地的创业者之间的差异,并对创业行为的影响因素进行了实证研究。
Entrepreneurship is not only an important and widespread phenomenon in current China,but also has important influences on economic growth and release employment pressure.We survey on some entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs in Shaanxi and Zhejiang province.Based on five main aspects such as the individual factors,economic factors,institutional factors,cultural factors and social networks,we compare the differences between entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs and the differences of the entrepreneurs,investigate the factors of entrepreneurial behavior.
