摘要
企业是创新体系中技术创新的主体,企业创新能力的高低直接影响一个国家的创新水平。合肥市作为首个国家科技创新型试点市,在全国率先开展了创新型企业的培育工作。本文首先阐述了合肥市创新型企业培育的情况,进而提出评价指标体系,对合肥市创新型企业培育计划的实施效果进行评价,找出培育计划实施过程中存在的不足并提出对策建议,以期为更好地培育创新型企业提供参考。
Enterprise is the main body of the technological innovation in innovation system.The level of the innovative ability of enterprises determines a nation's innovation level.Hefei,as the first national technologically innovative pilot city,takes the lead in carrying out the nurturing plan of innovative enterprises in the country.The paper firstly expounds on the situation of the nurturing of innovative enterprises in Hefei,and then proposes the evaluation index system to assess the implementation effect of the nurturing plan of innovative enterprises in order to find out the defect in the progress and put forward countermeasures,in the hope of providing reference to the better nurturing of innovative enterprises.
