关于国际资本流动监管与金融安全问题的思考 被引量：2

摘要 伴随金融全球化的迅猛发展 ,各国逐步放松了资本管制 ,参与国际金融市场活动 ,国际资本流动规模急剧膨胀。与此同时 ,刚刚过去的 2 0世纪 90年代 ,整个国际金融领域动荡不安 ,危机叠起。本文从金融危机的角度 ,对国际金融资本流动趋势作了分析 ,提出加强金融监管的必要性 ,以及在严加监管基础上实施资本项目自由化的措施 ,并由此论及中国金融安全问题。
