摘要
近年来，社会经济统计学与数理统计学地位之争愈演愈烈，“大统计学论”和“数理统计学唯一论”是这场争论中有代表性的学术观点，但是笔者在对两门统计学系统分析之后认为：大统计思路不能从根本上解决学科性质问题，数理统计也不能作为统计学的唯一取向。由于研究对象的复杂性与综合广延性决定了核算统计理论大有学问，并指出“传统与现代”两分观是统计理论研究中极端化趋向的根源。
In recent years,the dispute between social economic statistics and data statistics over the domination has been becoming increasingly fierce. The academic debates are the big statistics theory and the uniqueness of data statistics. After analying these two theories systematically, the authors hold the view that the big statistics will not be able to solve problems of the subject completely and data statistics is not a more choice. The authors also point out the separation between “tradition and modern times”is the source of tremeness in the reseach of statistical theory.
