摘要
本课题是全国教育科学“九五”规划国家教委重点研究项目。此项研究对残疾儿童个性全面发展和自强、自立、平等参与社会生活具有现实意义和深远意义。课题研究假设:盲、聋、智力落后儿童劳动技术教育与职业教育划分为小学、初中、高中三个阶段。三个阶段在实施自我服务、家务劳动、公益劳动、简单生产劳动、社会适应与职业技术教育六方面内容上各有侧重。上述六方面内容合理安排构成序列,科学地处理好纵横关系。
This research project is a key one of the Education Ministry in the Ninth Five-year-plan of national educational sciences development.The research has both practical and profound significance for the overall development of individuality,self-reliance,self-independence,and equal right of the disabled children to participate social life.The postulation of the research project is as follows:labouring-technical and vocational education for the blind,deaf and mentally retarded children can be divided into three stages,as primary school stage,junior high school stage and senior high school stage.The three stages lay own particular emphasis on six aspects of education,including self-service,housework,public service,simple productive labour,society adaptation and technical education respectively.The six aspects shall be aligned reasonably,and it is the course principle of labouring-technical and vocational education in the special schools.
