摘要
前言学习动机是直接推动学生学习活动的心理动因。学习动机对于学生的学习倾向性,持久性和效果都发生极大的影响。学习动机不是学生主观自生的,它是社会和教育的客观要求在学生头脑中的反映。学生学习动机的形成和发展是受社会生活条件和教育制约的,也受学生年龄特征和个性等影响。了解学生学习动机的特点及其形成、发展、变化的规律,可以为教师更好地激发和培养学生动机,搞好思想教育和教学工作提供重要依据。因此,深入研究学习动机很有意义,很有必要。学生的学习动机就其心理成分来说,主要是两个方面:一是学生的志向。
Preliminary investigations were conducted on the personal aspirations and learning interests of higher-grade pupils in a primary school. On the whole, the pupils' school consciousness appeared to be developing satisfactorily, in that they were able to consider the requirements of duty and responsibility when thinking about their personal aspirations. The pupils' achievements were better in the main subjects, such as Chinese language, arithmetic and English. They also showed greater interests and confidence in these subjects. Some problems pertaining to their personal aspirations as well as learning interests were also revealed.
