摘要
首先建立一个组织决策的过程模型，接着给出组织决策过程模型中涉及的基本结构要素的形式化定义，以增强对组织决策过程的理解，为进一步研究组织决策中的问题分解和协调机制提供理论工具。
The study and development of ODSS should be based on the understanding of organizations and of the process of organizational decision making .So,the study on models of organizations and organizational decision making process build the base of the framework for the study of ODSS.Based on the study of the related disciplines,this paper first builds a process model of organizational decision making,and then try to give a set of formal definitions of the basic structural elements of the model,which could not only give us theoretical tools to analyze the problem decomposition and problem allocation but also build the base for the requirement analysis for the support of organizational decision making.
