溶胶-凝胶法制备非均匀铅离子掺杂TiO_2薄膜

Preparation of Non-uniform Lead-doped TiO_2 Thin Film by Sol-gel Method

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶工艺在普通玻璃表面制备铅离子非均匀掺杂的TiO2薄膜,运用AFM,XRD,UV-Vis研究了其光催化复合薄膜的表面特征;以光催化降解甲基橙溶液为模型反应,表征薄膜的光催化活性.结果表明:非均匀铅离子掺杂TiO2薄膜(PbDx)与均匀铅离子掺杂TiO2薄膜(PbTx)的最佳掺杂Pb/Ti摩尔比均为0.005,PbD0.005、PbT0.005的最佳降解表观速率常数分别为7.37×10-3min-1和5.95×10-3min-1,PbD0.005的表观降解速率常数是纯TiO2的2.52倍.文中还从载流子分离效率等方面探讨了掺杂机理. The non-uniform lead-doped TiO2 thin films deposited on glass substrates were prepared by the sol-gel method. The surface features of the photo-catalytic composite films were investigated by means of AFM, XRD and UV-Vis. The photo-catalytic activity of the films was then characterized by using the model reaction of the photo-catalytic degradation of methyl orange. The results show that, for the non-uniform lead-doped TiO2 thin film (PbDx) and the uniform lead-doped TiO2 thin film (PbTx), the optimum doping mole ratios of Pb/Ti are all 0.005. It is also shown that the maximum apparent degradation rate constant of PbD0.005, that is, 7.37×10-3 min-1, is 2.52 times that of the pure TiO2 thin film, while that of PbT0.005 is 5. 95×10-3 min-1. The doping mechanism was discussed based on the separation efficiency theory of charge carrier.
