摘要
游泳运动员训练后,采用两种新的消除疲劳方法,并与传统的按摩方法及自然恢复进行对比,证明两种新方法对恢复运动后心肌的疲劳及降低四肢过亢的肌张力,均有一定效果。新方法所需设备简单,使用方便,无损伤性,适于在运动队中推广使用。
To help swimmers to relieve fatigue after training,the study used two newways and compared them with traditional massage and natural recovery.It is indica-ted that the new ways are effective in relieving the fatigue of eardial muscles andreducing the hypertonia of extremities.Being convenient,non-invasive and only nee-ding simple equipment,the new ways may be widely used in sport teams.
