摘要
目的:测定分析20种植物药的紫外光谱特性,初步评价其防晒效果。方法:以70%乙醇溶液、蒸馏水2种溶剂对20种植物药进行超声提取,采用紫外光谱法测定吸光度,结合太阳光谱及相对红斑发生频率标准数据,计算防晒指数(SPF),以吸光度和SPF为指标评价防晒效果。结果:20种植物药中,陈皮、金莲花、秦皮、罗布麻等4味药的紫外吸收性能最优,生药浓度为1g/L时,SPF值分别达到29、20、13、11。结论:陈皮、金莲花、秦皮、罗布麻具有较强的防晒能力,其作为防晒剂的天然来源值得进一步研究。
Objective: The sun protection effect of 20 botanicals was measured based on their ultraviolet spectral characteristics. Method: 20 botanicals were extracted with 70% ethanol and distilled water was taken as solvent by ultrasonic extraction. The absorbance was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. SPF index were calculated combined with the standard data of solar spectrum and relative erythema frequency. The comprehensively sunscreen effect was evaluated with absorbance and SPF index. Result: Cttri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Trollius Chinensis, Fraxini Cortex and Apocyni Veneti Folium showed strong absorption effect in the whole UV range among the 20 botanical with the SPF values of 29, 20, 13 and 11 respectively when the concentration was 1g.L-1. Conclusion: Cttri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Trollius Chinensis, Fraxini Cortex and Apocyni Veneti Folium have broad-spectrum sunscreen effect. And sunscreen product from botanicals is worth further study.
