摘要
目的对突发性耳聋患者应用鼠神经生长因子治疗,观察其临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2009年5月至2013年5月收治的124例突发性耳聋患者的临床资料,应用鼠神经生长因子治疗的62例患者(60耳)划分为观察组,应用维生素、低分子右旋糖酐等常规药物治疗的62例患者(66耳)划分为对照组,观察两组患者治疗1个月后的临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后,结果显示观察组总有效率为69.57%,明显高于对照组(59.68%)(χ2=8.783,P=0.032<0.05)。进一步分析两组患者就诊时间及首诊时听力损失程度与治疗有效率的关系,结果显示随着患者就诊时间的延长,治疗有效率逐渐降低(P<0.05);首诊时听力损失程度与疗效成正比,首诊时听力损失程度越重,治疗有效率越低(χ2=9.387,P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子对突发性耳聋具有较好的临床疗效,对轻度聋或病程较短者疗效尤为显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efifcacy of mouse nerve growth factor for sudden deafness patients. Methods 124 patients of sudden deafness were divided into observe group (n = 62) and control group (n = 62). Normal medicine were conducted to control group, while mouse nerve growth factor were treated to observe group base on the normal medicine treatment. Results After one month’s treatment, observe group showed 69.57% of total effective tate, which was significantly higher than 59.68% of total effective tate for control group (χ2=8.783, P=0.032<0.05). Effective rate gradually decreased with the extension of treatment time (P < 0.05);The first diagnosisof hearing loss severity were proportionate to treatment effectiverate (χ2=9.387, P<0.05). Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor therapy in patients with sudden deafness has godd clinical efifcacy, especially for mild hearing loss or shorter duration patients.
