摘要
目的 对外军飞行人员选拔技术与方法进行文献综述,为我军飞行人员选拔提供参考借鉴. 资料来源与选择 该领域相关研究论文和综述. 资料引用 国外公开及内部发表的期刊论文、科技报告及特种文献等50篇. 资料综合 近年来,外军飞行人员选拔从理念到标准均发生变化:遵循循证医学方法,不断改进技术和方法,充实和修订选拔标准和业务指导.同时,增加了心理品质检测筛选所占比重,重视综合素质评估、心理结构和能力结构测试以及特殊环境心理测试.研发和使用多种新技术与设备以及检测评估新方法,以增强选拔结果的客观性和预测信度. 结论 飞行人员选拔和培训方式必须与战斗机性能发展相适应,才能提高空军的作战能力.学习与借鉴外军飞行人员选拔的经验与方法,将有助于提高我军飞行人员选拔体系的科学性及有效性.
Objective To review the advancement of technology and method in foreign military aviator selection,and to afford us a reference to study.Literature resource and selection Research papers and reviews in this field.Literature quotation Fifty papers,scientific and technical reports that published at abroad were cited.Literature synthesis The ideas and standards in foreign military aviator selection are developed in recent years.Continuously improvement in selection techniques and methods are made complied with the principle of evidence-based medicine.Reinforcement and revisions of selection standard and operational guide are done regularly.The proportion of psychological quality screening is increased.The overall quality assessment,psychological structure and capability structure testing,and psychological test in special environment are attached with special recognition.Many new technologies,new equipments,as well as new assessment methods are developed and used in the selection to enhance the objectivity and predictive reliability of the selection.Conclusions The way of military aviator selection and training must fit to the advancement of military aircraft and then it would improve the operational capability of the Air Force.Studying experiences and methods of foreign military aviator selection are helpful to improve the scientificalness and effectiveness of our military aviator selection system.
