摘要
采用HPLC方法,以Symmetry5μmC18(4 6mm×150mm)为色谱柱,0 0020mol/L的H2SO4为流动相,流速为1 0mL/min,采用双波长紫外检测器,利用外标法测定糠醛废水中乙酸的含量.此法检测的线性范围是0 040~0 400g/L,r=0 9998,相对标准偏差RSD为0 536%(n=6),实际样品的加标回收率为105 5%~115 7%.
The high performance liquid chromatographic method was employed for determining the acetic acid (AC) in furfural waste water on a symmetry 5 μm C_(18) (4.6 mm×150 mm) column with 0.002 0 mol/L (H_2SO_4) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection was made on a UV detector at 210 nm with external standard calibration. The liner operating range of the method is (0.040 0)~(0.400 0 g/L)(r=(0.999 8)) with a relative standard division (RSD) of 0.536%(n=6). The average standard addition recovery of the wastewater samples is 105.5%~115.7%.
