摘要
采用水溶液共聚法,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺共聚交联反应的基础上添加膨润土,合成膨润土-高吸水性复合树脂(BSAC).系统研究了交联剂、引发剂、膨润土的添加量对BSAC的吸水性和吸盐水溶液性能的影响.引发剂、交联剂、膨润土的添加量分别为单体质量的3 4‰、0 6‰和10%时,制备出来的BSAC吸收蒸馏水和0 9%NaCl溶液的倍数分别为1100和110,并具有较好的耐热性,其在降低树脂成本及提高树脂的综合性能方面具有使用价值.
With ammonium persulfate and N,N ' -Methylene bisacrylamide as an initiator and crosslink agent respectively, a bentonite-superabsorbent composite is synthesized by means of aqueous solution copolymerization. The composite is prepared by acrylamide and acrylic acid at the presence of bentonite suspension .The factors of influence on water and 0.9% NaCl aqueous solution absorption is studied. The suitable manufacturing condition of the composite is set down in a series of experiments. The influence of the amount of initiator , crosslink agent and bentonite for the composite are investigated .The absorption of the composite is 1 100 and 110 in the case of distilled water and 0.9% NaCl aqueous solution respectively. It is found that the composite with a good water retention and heat resistance is significant for reducing the product cost and improving the comprehensive property of the composite as the amount of initiator, crosslink agent and bentonite is 0.9%,10%,0.6‰ in proportion to monomer respectively.
