摘要加快制定和实施社会管理和公共服务标准是我国"十二五"期间的重点工作,也是政府实现效能提升的一个有力手段。本文作者通过查阅大量资料,联系实际,旨在通过分析美国克林顿政府时代改革的手段——公共服务标准政策和案例介绍,为国内开展公共服务标准的制定和研究提供思路。 This paper aims to provide thoughts for conducting the development and research of public service standards domestically by analyzing the public service standards—a reform tool for American Clinton government.
