This paper describes the basic characteristics of the Japanese Quasi-Zenith Satellite System,including the highly inclined elliptical orbit designed to achieve high integrity,and elaborates on the navigation signals of the system design,including a signal compatible with the GPS,and the structure of the newly designed two signal.
