摘要
应用ANSYS Workbench软件的分析功能对镜头进行跌落仿真分析。假设镜头按照一定的初始条件自由跌落,通过计算机模拟它与地面的接触碰撞,从碰撞后镜头的应力应变分布图中可以看出零件的变形。针对变形较大的部位,通过结构优化设计来提高其结构刚度,然后对优化后的结构再次进行仿真分析。结果表明,变形减小,从而证明优化设计的合理性。
This paper makes a drop simulation analysis on lens by utilizing the analysis functions of ANSYS Workbench software.Supposing that lens drop freely according to certain initial conditions,the deformation of the parts can be seen from the stress and strain distribution of the lens after the collision by means of simulating the contact and collision with the ground by computer.As for the parts with large deformation,its structural rigidity can be improved by the structural optimization design,and simulation analysis on the optimized structure is made again.The results show that the deformation is decreased,which proves the rationality of the optimization design.
