摘要
本文阐述了一种新的切换通道分析和设计思路并将这种思路通过软件形式表现出来,不仅能够快速的发现网络存在的问题,同时能够合理的指导日常ATU优化的工作,协助网优人员建立稳定和安全的切换通道,这样一方面保障了测试指标,减少测试事件的发生,另一方面通过算法选择出最为的合理的切换链小区,对提升网络性能有极大帮助。
The paper described a new handover channel analysis and design ideas, which manifested itself through form of the software, it not only can quickly discovered network problems, but also guidanced daily ATU optimization work to help optimization person to establish a stable and secure handover chain, so that on one hand, it ensured test quota and reduced incidents, on the other hand, through the algorithm it selected the reasonable handover chain cells to improve the GRAN network performance.
