摘要 目的:探索外观鉴别与近红外快速检测联合使用,筛查假冒云南白药膏。方法:首先研究建立云南白药膏的包装鉴别图;其次对现场快速识别的可疑品种,使用云南白药膏的近红外一致性检验模型予以检测,综合判定筛查结论。结果与结论:对于云南白药膏这个成分国家保密且缺乏针对性理化鉴别的药品,使用联合方法能快速准确识别可疑药品,达到绿色快筛的要求,也初步拓展了近红外光谱法在橡胶膏剂型的应用。 Objective: To explore the package identification and near-infrared spectroscopic methods for rapidly screening counterfeit Yunnanbaiyao patches.Method: Firstly determine the package identification characteristics of Yunnanbaiyao patches,secondly distinguish the suspicious patches by near-infrared conformity test method,and then give the comprehensive identification conclusion.Results and Conclusion: For the Yunnanbaiyao patches which have national confidential composition and lack the specific official physical and chemical test methods,this joint approach of rapid testing can accurately and environmentally friendly identify the suspicious drugs,and extend the applications of near-infrared method for pharmaceutical rubber patches.
