摘要
目的:探讨基层医院对老年高血压患者治疗的临床效果。方法:选取自2010年1月～2012年12月我院治疗老年高血压病患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组给予单纯药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗基础上给予健康教育、心理指导、行为干预等综合治疗,随访6个月,观察疗效。结果:观察组显效率为87.0%,对照组有效率为67.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统规范方式治疗老年高血压,可明显提高临床疗效。
Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of the senile hypertension treatment in primary hospitals.Methods:62 cases of senile patients with hypertension treatedin the hospital from January 2010 to September 2012 were chosen.These cases were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group,each group consisting of 31 cases.The patients in the control group were treated only with drugs,whereas the patients in the observational group,on the basis of the drug therapy,received the multimodality therapy,including health education,psychological guidance,behavioral intervention,etc.All the patients in the two groups were followed up for six months and the curative effect was further observed.Results:The effective rate of the observational group was 87.0% and the control group 67.7%.There was a significant statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Treating senilehyp ertensi on with system atican dregulated methods cangreatly improve the clinical efficacy.
