摘要
运用CodonW程序对拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)POT基因密码子组成、同义密码子使用频率和全长编码区密码子进行分析。结果表明,拟南芥POT基因密码子适应指数(CAI)与同义密码子第三位碱基含量(C3s)、密码子偏爱指数(CBI)均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与最优密码子使用频率(FOP)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。有效密码子数(ENC)与同义密码子第三位碱基含量(C3s)呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与GC3s呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与同义密码子第三位碱基含量(T3s)呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。拟南芥POT基因密码子使用相对概率(RSCU)>1的密码子多以碱基A或T结尾。
CodonW software was applied to analyze the nucleotide composition,relative synonymous codon usage and other parameters of Arabidopsis thaliana POT gene.The results indicted that CAI was significantly positively correlated with C3s and CBI(P<0.05),and very significantly positively correlated with FOP(P<0.01);ENC was significantly positively correlated with C3s content(P<0.05),very significantly positively correlated with GC3s(P<0.01),and very significantly negatively correlated with T3s(P<0.01).Most codons with RSCU>1 of A.thaliana POT gene ended with A and T.
