摘要
以北京市某再生水厂为例,分析了A2/O-MBR工艺长达240 d的实际运行数据,研究了该工艺处理城市生活污水的运行特性。结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,抗冲击负荷能力强,对各种污染物都具有良好的处理效果,参照《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,出水中的化学需氧量(CODCr)、生化需氧量(BOD5)、氨氮(NH3-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的达标率分别为99.6%、100.0%、100.0%、90.3%、96.5%,基本达到回用水的要求;在实际运行中可采取预处理、优化操作条件和化学清洗等措施有效地控制膜污染;该工艺电耗约0.51 kW.h/m3,药剂消耗约21 g/m3。
Based on the analysis of practical operation data in 240 d,the operation characteristics of A2/O-MBR process in a reclaimed water plant in Beijng were studied.The results were as follows.The whole system was stable and had strong anti-shock loading capability.The process had high removal rates of various pollutants.According to "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002)",the up-to-standard rate of CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N,TN and TP was 99.6%,100.0%,100.0%,90.3% and 96.5% respectively,which preliminarily met the requirements of reclaimed water.During the actual operation of A2/O-MBR process,membrane fouling could be effectively controlled by the measures of pretreatment,optimization of operation conditions,chemical cleaning,and so on.In this plant,power consumption and medicament consumption were approximately 0.51 kW·h/m3 and 21 g/m3,respectively.
