立式螺旋开沟机工作部件的模态分析 被引量:1

摘要 开展螺旋开沟机工作部件的动态特性研究,分别采用运行模态分析试验和有限元模态分析方法确定工作部件在自由状态下的低阶模态固有频率,将试验测得的固有频率和有限元分析得到的结果进行比对,以验证有限元法的正确性。为了进一步研究螺旋开沟机的动态特性,对其工作部件进行约束模态分析,通过改变螺旋叶片内径、螺距和厚度以达到减振、降噪的目的,确定不同结构参数对固有频率的影响规律。结果表明,有限元分析方法的正确性得到了验证;工作部件的固有频率随着螺旋叶片内径和螺距的增加而增加;低阶固有频率随着厚度的增大而减小,而高阶固有频率随着厚度的增大而增大。 The dynamic characteristics of the working parts of a helical ditcher was analyzed.The low modes natural frequency of the working parts under free state were determined by OMA(operational modal analysis) test and FEA(finite element analysis) modal analysis method respectively.Then the natural frequency tested by OMA was compared with the results of FEA to verify the correctness of FEA method.Constraint modal analysis of the working parts was taken for further research.The purpose of reducing vibration and noise was achieved by changing inner diameter,pitch and thickness of the helical blades.The influence of different structural parameters on natural frequency was ensured.The results showed that the correctness of FEA was varified.The natural frequency of working parts increased with the increase of the inner diameter and distance between pitches.Low order natural frequency decreased with the increase of thickness,while the high order natural frequency increased with the increase of thickness.
