The basic reason why colleges exit is to cultivate talented men.The guarantee and improvement of the college teaching quality not only rely on the teaching conditions,such as the supply of teachers,equipments,buildings,but also on the ensurance of students-centred system,increase of learning positivity,Establishment of good cultural atmosphere.
