《歧路灯》中的人称代词"您"可以做主语、兼语、宾语、定语和同位语,除做同位语用于对称外,其余基本上只能作复数理解;《歧路灯》中"您"并无尊称用法,学者所举《歧路灯》中表尊称"您"的用例均值得商榷;有学者认为表尊称的"您"来源于"您+亲属词"这一结构,但从《歧路灯》及其他语料并不能看出二者之间的必然联系。
The personal pronoun 'Nin'(您) used in Qi Lu Deng(歧路灯) can function as the subject,makeobject – ap(S + V1 + N + V2),object,attribute and appositive respectively.In addition to its being used as an appositive for addressing one another,'Nin'(您) can only be understood as a plural form in its other functional uses.It is found that'Nin'(您) has no honorific usage in Qi Lu Deng,and the so-called examples of the honorific usage of 'Nin'(您) in Qi Lu Deng cited by some scholars are open to question.Some scholars hold that the honorific usage of 'Nin'(您) comes from the structure of'Nin(您) + kinship term',while there is no positive connection observed between the two after researching into Qi Lu Deng and other language materials.
