摩根摩根菌致肺内感染合并菌血症1例 被引量：4

摘要 1 病例介绍 患者,男,77岁,2012年6月以无明显诱因出现发热1d,伴寒战、胸闷气短收治.无咳嗽、咳痰,无盗汗.查体:体温39.2℃、脉搏76次·min-1、呼吸22次·min-1、血压120/80mmHg,双肺呼吸音清、双下肺可闻及湿啰音,心腹查体无明显异常,双下肢无水肿.辅助检查:血常规:WBC 23.16×109·L-1,中性粒细胞比率0.907.
