摘要
目的探讨脑梗死(CI)、脑出血(CH)、蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)发病与气象因素的相关性。方法收集我院2004-2009年脑血管病患者3922例及同期的气温、气压、相对湿度等气象资料;采用圆分布分析脑血管病发病的季节规律。结果 (1)CI冬季高发,平均角在1月份(P<0.05),CH、SAH夏季高发,平均角在8月和7月份(P<0.05);(2)CI月发病例数与月均气温、月均最高气温、月均最低气温呈负相关(P<0.05),与月均最高气压、月均最低气压呈正相关(P<0.05);CH月发病例数与月平均气温、月均最高气温、月均最低气温呈正相关(P<0.05);SAH月发病例数与月均气温、月均最高气温、月均最低气温呈正相关(P<0.05),与月均最高气压、月均最低气压呈负相关(P<0.05);(3)多元逐步回归筛选出来影响CI月发病例数的气象因素是月平均最低气温。影响CH月发病例数的气象因素是月均最高气温和月均最低气压,影响SAH月发病例数的气象因素是月均最低气压。结论气象因素是脑血管病发病的影响因素,在脑血管病的预防工作中应充分考虑其发病的季节特点及气象因素。
Objective To explore the correlatiaon between the incidence of cerebral infarction(CI),cerebral hemorrhage(CH), and subarachnoid hemorrage(SAH) and meteorological factors.Methods From 2004 to 2009,3922 patients with stroke admitted in The People’s Hospital of Jiangxi province were studied.Circular distribution analysis was used to study the onset seasonal variation. Results High incidence of CI was found in winter and the mean angle was in January(P<0.05),however CH and SAH had mean angles in August and July respectively(P<0.05).The incidence of CI was negatively related with average air temperature,maximum and minimum air temperature(P<0.05),positively with average air pressure and minimum air pressure(P<0.05).The incidence of CH was positively related with average air temperature,maximum and minimum air temperature(P<0.05).The incidence of SAH was positively related with average air temperature,maximum and minimum air temperature(P<0.05),negatively with average maximum air pressure and minimum air pressure(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression found that the meteorological factors which influenced the incidence of CI permonth was monthly average minimum air temperature and the incidence of CH was affected by monthly average maximum air temperature and minimum air pressure.The incidence of SAH permonth was monthly average minimum air pressure.Conclusion The incidence of stroke presents seasonal rhythm and it is influenced by meteorological factors.It should be considered enough when the preventive and treatment works for stroke are made.
