摘要
针对国内救生舱环境监控系统研究的不足,提出一种矿用可移动救生舱环境监控系统方案.采用融合WIFI与MESH网络相结合的无线通信技术,在矿难发生时,对救生舱内、外环境参数及巷道内一定范围的环境参数(瓦斯浓度、粉尘、煤尘、氧气质量分数、环境温度等)进行监测.硬件设计主要包括井下救生舱监控设计、链路路由器及传感器分布.用传感器网络坍塌边缘测定算法来监测巷道内的坍塌边界,以便地面指挥中心制定营救方案.研究结果表明:设计基本满足矿用可移动救生舱环境监控要求.
Aiming at the shortage of the domestic saving capsule environment monitoring system,this paper presents a downhole monitoring system of mine movable saving capsule.The system monitors environment parameters(gas,dust,CO,CO2,oxygen content,temperature and so on) in the saving capsule and in the certain range of roadway out of the saving capsule by using a combination of WIFI and Mesh network in the accident.Hardware design includes a monitoring design of the saving capsule,link router and sensor distribution.And it monitors the tunnel collapse boundary with the sensor network collapse edge determination algorithm,in order to design the rescue plan.The results show that the design can meet the requirements of mine movable saving capsule environment monitoring.
