摘要
为解决塔式起重机臂架传统的设计方法的任务比较繁重的问题,利用Visual Basic6.0语言对ANSYS进行二次开发,形成一套专门针对塔式起重机起重臂的参数化设计系统,可以通过该系统的人机界面对话对目标塔式起重机的起重臂进行必要参数的输入,完成起重臂的初始参数设计.该系统解决了有限元软件操作复杂性的问题并满足具体专业的需求,简化了设计工作.
In order to solve the issue of a heavy workload required in the traditional design of the tower crane jib,a parameterized design system for tower crane jib was developed by extended development of ANSYS using Visual Basic6.0.The required parameters are entered by using man-machine user interface of this system to complete the design of initial parameters of tower crane jib.This system not only solves the problem of the operational complexity of the finite element software but also meet requirements of specific professional,and the design work is also simplified.
