摘要 瓦斯抽采钻孔合理封孔深度的确定一直以来是一个困扰矿井抽采人员的难题,若封孔段处于松动区内,钻孔内的瓦斯将会沿着封孔段钻孔周围煤体漏气,严重影响抽放效果,导致人工、设备及材料费用的损失。因此,钻孔的合理封孔深度不仅是瓦斯抽放的一个重要环节,而且是提高瓦斯抽放效率的关键。通过测定瓦斯涌出初速度q、S钻孔每米钻屑量S、打钻时间s三项指标确定合理封孔深度,既能保证最大限度抽出煤体中赋存的瓦斯,又有利于掌握封孔材料的消耗情况。 The gas extraction in the determination of reasonable drilling hole sealing depth has been a problem in mine extraction, if hole sealing section in a loose zone, gas would be in the borehole drilled in the coal body around the periphery of the drilling hole sealing section of air leakage, serious influence drainage effect leaded to loss of labor, equipment and materials costs. Therefore, the reasonable drilling hole sealing depth was not only an important part of gas drainage, but also the key to improve the efficiency of gas drainage. Through the determination of gas emission initial speed q, S drilling cuttings volume per meter S, drilling time s three indicators determined reasonable hole depth, sealing can not only ensure maximum extraction occurrence in the coal gas, but also helpful to grasp the consumption situation of hole sealing material.
