唑虫酰胺关键中间体的合成

Synthesis of a key intermediate of Tolfenpyrad

摘要 对氯苯甲腈与对甲酚钠盐经缩合和还原两步反应得到唑虫酰胺关键中间体4-(4-甲基苯氧基)苄胺,总收率约为73.6%。该工艺反应条件温和,易于操作,对环境污染较少,是一条适于工业化生产的合成路线。 4-(4-methylphenoxy)benzylamine was a key intermediate of tolfenpyrad.which was obtained from p-chloro ben2onitrile by reacted with sodium p-cresol via condensation and reduction two steps with total yield of 73.6%.This method provides several advantages such as milder conditions.easier operation and less pollution to environment,so it is a suitable synthetic route for industrial production.
