摘要
管理者自我效能感是一般自我效能感在管理领域的表现和应用。本研究主要以高新技术企业为背景,采用组织学习视角,以管理绩效和企业绩效作为结果变量,探讨管理者自我效能感的形成与作用机制,以及管理者自我效能感在组织学习与管理绩效、企业绩效之间的中介作用。通过对42家高新企业的396份有效问卷统计分析,结果显示:组织学习是管理者自我效能感的一个很强的预测变量;管理者自我效能感对管理绩效、企业绩效有积极的正向影响;管理者自我效能感在组织学习和管理绩效之间具中介作用;管理者自我效能感在组织学习和企业绩效之间具中介作用。
Managerial self-effi cacy is that manager judges what can do based on the skills of its own. In this study, mainly in the context of high-tech enterprises and from the organizational learning perspective, explores the formation and operating mechanism of managerial self-effi cacy. Through statistical analysis of the 42 companies in 12 National High-Tech Zone of 396 valid questionnaires, the results show:(1)Organizational learning is a strong predictor of self-effi cacy managers;(2) The managerial self-effi cacy has the positive impact of management performance, corporate performance;(3)Managerial selfeffi cacy has an intermediary role between organizational learning and management performance; the managerial self-effi cacy has an intermediary role between organizational learning and corporate performance.
