摘要 介绍了越南永新项目622MW亚临界机组自启停控制系统(APS)的总体方案。APS系统采用多级控制方案,设置驱动级、子功能级、功能组级、机组级,从驱动级开始到机组级进行统一规划,满足用户项目运行的整体要求,保证APS系统的完整性。合理设置控制断点数量,保证机组启动与停机过程中安全稳定,并减少操作人员的工作量。说明APS程序投入的允许条件及程序构成,介绍APS各断点设计功能。采用分阶段实现APS功能,采取适合于当地运行人员的APS流程,对于以后类似工程具有很好地参考价值和借鉴意义。 This paper introduce the overall program for Automatic Procedure Start-up/Shut-down System(APS)in Vietnam Yongxin 622MW subcritical unit.APS system uses multi-level control scheme,set the drive level,sub-function level,functional group level,the unit level,from the beginning of driver stage to the unit-level have carried out a unified plan,to meet the overall operation of the project requirements,APS overall system integrity is ensured.The system set up a reasonable amount of control breakpoints,to ensure the security and stability in unit startup and shutdown process,and to reduce the operator workload.APS program allows input conditions and procedures constitute have been described,APS design features of each breakpoint have been introduced.Phased implementation of APS function is used,to take suitable for local operating personnel APS process,for future similar projects this system has good reference value and reference.
