摘要
提高多柜并联的整流屏的均流系数,对晶闸管的选型及设备使用寿命的提高具有重要意义。以控制器APAX 5520KW为基础,经交流采样测得每个整流屏的输出电流,与计算得出的单屏的输出平均电流比较,得到偏差电流。通过软件控制每个整流屏相对应的数字触发脉冲移相角,提高均流系数。经试验验证,该方法可明显提高均流性能。
To enhance current sharing coefficient between several parallel thyristor cabinets,it has great significance for choosing thyristor and improving use life of the equipment.This system is based on the controller APAX 5520KW,by AC sample measured output current of each rectifier panel and calculated average current of panel compare,get current difference.Then related phase angle of digital pulse trigger is carried out to control by software.The current sharing coefficient is increased.The test verified that this method can greatly improved current sharing performance.
