摘要
本文分析了划船运动员常见损伤的原因,提出要避免腰和膝部损伤的发生,关键在于及时消除运动后腰、膝部疲劳和注意平时的预防环节。
:The possible causes of back and knee injuries in the rowers andcanoeists were analyzed. It was suggested that to avoid the injuries,the localfatigue at back and knee caused by exercise should be relieved as early as possible.
