摘要
现代经济增长的基本特征表现为“三高”和“三性”。“三高”，即高经济增长率，高结构变动率，高经济效率；“三性”，即时代创新性，增长持续性。产品与要素的国际流动性。我国的现代经济增长刚刚起步，它受到了资本规模、技术进步以及经济结构演化的制约。我国应借鉴国际上的成功经验，努力促进经济良性循环，调整产业结构，加快技术进步，促进经济外向化，使我国的现代经济增长再上一个新台阶。
The basic characteristicses of modern development present themselves in rapid economic growth, rapid changes of economic structure and high economic efficiency, andalso present themselves in the features of epoch creation, continued economic growthand international changes of products and production elements. Our country's economicgrowth just started and is restricted by the scale of capital, technological progress andthe evolution of economic structure. We should draw lessons from international successful experiences, make great effort to promote the healthy circulation of economy, adjust industrial structure, speed technological progress and accelerate the process of foreign-oriented economy to promote our country's modern economic growth reaching anew stage.
