摘要
本文认为,主导产业的选择和建设,对一个国家和地区是一个生死攸关的问题.提出正确选择和建设主导产业,必须坚持收入弹性最大化、生产率上升幅度最大化、产业关联度最大化、产业协调状态最佳、发挥“后发优势”、增长后劲最大化等六条基本准则,并处理好农业与工业、主导产业与战略产业、主导产业与辅助产业、主导产业与骨干企业、拳头产品等四个基本关系.
Recognizing the vital importance of the selection and construction of leading industry, the paper proposes six principles for its correct establishment, namely optimum income flexibility, maximum production-rate increase, maximum industrial relevance, optimum industrial coordination, and supreme 'after-effect'superiority. Attention should also be paid to the proper handling of the relations between(1)agriculture and industry, (2)leading industry and strategic industry,(3) leading industry and auxiliary industry, and (4)leading industry and backbone industry with its competitive products.
