摘要
本文采用高速摄影方法,对男子直体后空翻两周接快速后空翻与接后手翻两个动作连接技术进行了运动学分析,阐明了两个连接动作技术的差异和合理的连接技术,指出了这类连接技术易犯错误的原因,为今后单跳动作的教学与训练提供了有益的参考。
By means of a high-speed camera, kinematic analyses have been made of the skills of male tumblers inlinking a double back salto with a quick back salto or with a flic-flac. The difference in the two linkingskills and the correct ways of their execution are explained,and the causes of common errors are analysed. Some useful tips are thus provided for tumbling training in the future.
