摘要
"十五"计划提出实施"走出去"战略以后,我国理论界就"走出去"的有关问题展开了充分讨论。这些讨论主要集中在"走出去"的战略意义、"走出去"的条件、"走出去"主体、产业、产品、区位、道路、方式的选择、"走出去"的制障以及进一步"走出去"的对策等方面。这些研究既有强调战略性、注重对中国国情的探讨等优点,也存在缺乏战术探讨、缺乏系统性等不足。有关"走出去"问题的研究尚待进一步深化。
The discussion on China's application of go-out strategy in theoretical field is a very heated topic. What are under discussion is the significance, conditions and the selection of main body, products and industry, as well as the obstacles and countermeasures of such strategy. The article gives an introduction on the different views over such topic.
