摘要 在改革开放形势下,企业新产品开发决策面临着大量的不确定因素,存在着许多管理心理学问题。本文从企业新产品开发决策出发,考察了研究这类组织决策的理论基础以及国内外实际研究的成果,提出了研究的构思方法。在此基础上,结合我国企业实际情况,指出三个方面可作为研究企业新产品开发决策的出发点。 Under the open-door and reform policies,a great deal of uncertainty is to be dealt with in decision making of new products development in enterprises, and a number of issues related to Managerial Psychology are to be explored. From the reality of decision making of new products development in enterprises, the theories of organizational decision making and findings of studies in home and abroad were reviewed.A construct approaches were put forward. The three issues which can be start-points in conducting research on decision making of new products development in enterprises were also indicated.
